SOUL SUNDAY - Roselidden Farm, Cornwall, UK.
I’m very happy to be co-creating with Jess North on this mini-retreat morning at the beautiful Roselidden Farm, near Helston. The theme for December is ‘Breathe’.
Morning Yoga
Jess will open the morning by guiding you through a yoga class that will start slowly and aim to plant ourselves firmly into the ground. We’ll unfurl through a sequence of steady and open hearted postures to enable you to take fuller, more nourishing and deeper breaths.
Breathwork
Breath and Bodywork Practitioner Natalie Keany will then guide you through a short body scan and breath awareness meditation using felt sense to explore and re-connect with your internal world, bringing awareness to your own breathing pattern. Often breathing can be shallow and restricted due to tension and trauma held in the body. As the session continues, we will continue to open the body to receive a deeper, fuller breath. We will follow with a heart opening partner exercise, a reminder of the importance of human connection as an essential nourishing ingredient to our wellbeing. We then transition into a deeply releasing conscious connected breathing session, an opportunity for your body to let go of any emotional and physical tension which has been held in the body.
We will aim to leave you feeling grounded, relaxed and open hearted by the end! We'll close our morning with some grounding tea, healthy snacks and chit chat.

About Natalie
Natalie is the founder of Evolve Breath & Body, a therapeutic breathwork modality specifically designed to release tension from the body and integrate trauma.
She began her journey 15 years ago when travelling the world learning various modalities to help her to heal and understand her own experience of developmental trauma. She discovered breathwork in India 9 years ago. It had such a huge impact on her own life, she has since been dedicated to learning this work and sharing it with others. She has been working as a facilitator for the Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release Institute for the past 7 years, offering trainings, workshops and sessions to people in Asia, America, Australia and Europe. She now dwells in the Cornish town of Helston and enjoys nothing more than supporting people to release, make space and connect with the innate wisdom of their own bodies.
